  • “Global service”, OOO is honored to represent an original project of a self-propelled modular ferry on the hull of a river pontoon, design 10302, patent № 157902 dated May 20, 2015 (Makoviychuk Ivan Dmitrievich, patent holder, chief project engineer).
  • The construction is designed for establishing pontoon (ferry) crossings, lifting capacity under 90 tons (in case additional modules are docked the lifting capacity is over 90 tons).
  • The pontoon is used for building floating bridges as well as a part of a bridge in operation.
  • The pontoon is created to be a three –part- construction. It consists of a motor pontoon (mid motor), right and left pontoons, which are connected to the mid pontoon by means of hinges in the upper deck and bottom joint devices.
  • The folded bridge is put on a semitrailer that is equipped with a specific platform designed for inertial or forced water unloading after the right and left pontoon opening.
  • In case there is no special platform available, the pontoon is to be delivered to the water's edge with the help of regular freight road transport types. Loading and unloading on water is performed by standard lifting mechanisms.
  • In order to move on water, it is possible to install an engine of a 300- hp- or -more - capacity , as well as a propeller, along with additional units and bridge opening mechanisms, lifting mechanisms, Lowering entry ramps mechanisms.
Design features of the product prove to have undeniable competitive advantages:
  • Coastal and river link, based upon the design of the versatile general pontoon, exceeds more than by 30 % technical specifications of a similar section in the pontoon park accepted for supply to the Russian Federation Armed Forces.
  • If necessary. The pontoon may join sections of pontoon parks of PMP (PPS-84, PP-91, PP-205)
  • Additionally, we designed a wheeled-based self-propelled version of the module type pontoon. This modification is similar to designed and accepted for supply to the Russian Federation Armed Forces 561P landing-and-crossing pontoon (ferry). However, due to its module type and versatile nature, the represented model has solid advantages compared with its analogue.
Self-propelled pontoon is created to replace the 817A non-self-propelled one as it has obvious advantages in mobility and versatility
  • Basing upon existing river/coastal pontoon, we designed a self-propelled eco-pontoon, that aims to install and repairmain pipelines, located in swamps, bodies of water and soils with low bearing capacity.
All the above mentioned proves our construction to be versatile and most technologically advanced while assembling.
